Post-Jam Cleanup

Now that the game jam is over and I can edit the game I've removed the web version completely because of it's input bugs. I've also updated C|TYPE a little bit by making it so that the targeting prioritizes the closest target to the player and I've also added a wave high score to the end of the game. Finally I've cleaned up some minor sound and visual bugs that you probably didn't even notice.
